How do i erase old messages?

Messages can be deleted using the Alexa app. Select Communications, swipe left on the conversation you want to delete, and select Remove. Alternatively, if you simply want to clear your notifications, say "Alexa, clear my notifications."

On a phone, tablet, laptop or PC erasing a message is done by selecting the message and then placing it in the trash. Be aware deleting anything from your devices does not delete them from a company or online server...And all servers are backed up in some form of permanent storage.
